Privacy policy

This policy covers the Tuskerly marketing website at tuskerly.com. It is operated by XES Event Management ("we", "us"), Kerala, India. The Tuskerly software that associations use is covered by the agreement and data processing terms we sign with each association, not by this page.

What we collect

• Nothing you type into this site. The site has no forms, no accounts and no sign-in.
• Visit statistics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records things like pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. It does not tell us who you are.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud) may log technical details such as your IP address and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (for example _ga) to tell visits apart. The site itself sets no other cookies. It stores one preference in your browser (whether you chose reduced motion) and keeps it on your device only. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will still work.

WhatsApp

Buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a short pre-written message to +91 93878 88687. Nothing is sent unless you press send. If you do, we receive your phone number and your message, and use them only to reply to your inquiry. WhatsApp processes the conversation under its own terms and privacy policy.

How we use information

To understand how the site is used and improve it, to keep it secure, and to answer your inquiries. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Google (analytics and hosting) and Meta (WhatsApp) act as service providers. We share information with others only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account (no longer than 14 months). WhatsApp inquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, and may withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@tuskerly.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. This site is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will appear here with a new date.
