One association can never see another's members, documents or payments. The separation is enforced in the database itself, so it holds even if a screen is misconfigured.

We cannot see your members' data without your permission
Encrypted with your own keys
Sensitive records such as ID numbers, nominees and insurance details are encrypted with keys that belong to your association.

No standing access for our team
When we need to help, your admin approves a short, read-only, time-limited session. It is listed in your Operator Access Log.
An audit log you can verify
Every important action is recorded in order and chained, so any tampering is detectable. Check it with one click.

Uploaded documents are scanned and stored encrypted.
